El Paso Museum of History – Andres Valle, Week 3
Better late than never!
My time here at the El Paso Museum of History has been extremely fulfilling—ever so reminding me of the power community holds and the need to highlight our history.
Wednesday was the first day of week three for me. I spent time visiting Centre Future, a program the library offers, which also happens to be where I will be hosting my workshop. With the staff there, we discussed the logistics of the event and the framing of the workshop: conversation, presentation, etc. After our quick chat, I continued to work on the activities I wanted to have at the workshop—calling it a day!

The following day, Thursday, I spent more time on my presentation and helped with one of the cool programs the museum was hosting—Architecture Camp! A program that brings high school-aged students together, who then design a structure and help build it; the structure will be highlighted in the museum for the next several weeks!
awareness, making me and them a perfect match. I spent the rest of the day helping with whatever was needed at the museum and wrapped the week up.
This week was a calmer week, nonetheless fruitful. One last week, and boy does time fly. Missing all my 19 other friends, especially bad this week. But I bask in all your greatness!
See y'all next week :)
The baddest,
Andres
